I bought a used minivan from a dealer and found after several months that it's missing certain components?

This is a toyota sienna and it comes with TPMS (Tire pressure monitoring sensors). The tpms is in the vehicle, but I found recently (flat tire) that all four wheels are missing the tpms sensors. In other words the vehicles was advertised with tpms, but no tpms sensors were in the wheels, they were at some point removed (by previous owner). So my question is do i have legal recourse?
