Will Israel and the US Now Put Pressure on Hosni Mubarak to Reign in Hamas, So It Won't Retaliate?

The usual game is that Israelis kill hundreds/thousands of Palestinians/Lebanese and then use Arab leaders (useful idiots) to consolidate their gains, get a few concessions, and to prevent their victims from launching retaliatory attacks, which over time would put Israel in a much more difficult position.
