Suggest some indoor exercises good for heart and for reducing stress.?

Earlier I used to go for jogging but after developing plantar fasciitis (foot pain) I had to stop. Medical treatment was temporarily useful But it is still there and I can not go out for fast walk also. So please tell me what are the indoor exercises which can be done fast and which are good for cardiac health/helps to reduce weight and good for reducing stress also. Are push-ups useful for these? (I do not have access to gym right now.)
