A&k m249 saw airsoft gun (not para )?

i just got my gun in the mail from airsplat.com i charged it for an houtr and tried shooting it but the bbs are in the loader and are coming up the tube but the bbs are not goin into the gun when i take out the box magazine there are like 3 or 4 bbs on the gun next to were they should be going in
