Painted my bathroom, and now need help.?

Ok, I just recently painted my spare bathroom. The previous owners had really ugly wallpaper in there. We took that down and painted it a pale yellow. Underneath the paint on the drywall, I guess we didn't finish sanding very well. For the most part, it looks good, but there are a few spots that you can see thru the paint. Should I do some sort of faux finish over the paint? Or what should I do. I don't want a tacky or outdated finish though. I am just not completely happy with the way it ended up. Any help would be great! Thanks!
