Can you suggest a good timetable?

i normally have to go to coaching centre (7am to 4pm)everyday even on public holidays. Im preparing for many entrance exams and im a 12th grader studying general science(physics ,chemistry ,math ,biology )whenever i prepare a timetable for myself i end up making a timetable having no breaks. I also tried asking my teachers,friends and all people around me to make me a study schedule and they make a very hectic schedule with a break of only one hour after coming back from cles in the whole timetable. I dont like watching tv i instead prefer playing guitar and casio and also practising tennis. moreover i also get about 200 multiple choice questions to solve as homework everyday. Please help make a good timetable or just suggest one
