Plastic surgery to make myself look better?

I want to get a nose job by the end of summer but i have no idea of the price range. I got one before and it was 7,000 euro but that was at a private hospital. I have been saving up, and will continue to save all summer but i may not have enough. Should i go for a consultation anyway to see what the estimate is so i have a money goal to work toward? or wait until end of summer and take out a loan?
