Bruise like pain?

Im 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. And all over on my stomach bellow my belly on I have alot of pain. It hurts to move my stomach. I kinda feels like a bruise but there are no marks anywhere on my stomach. I didnt have this with my first pregnancy. anyone know what its from
