What to do about an unmedicated bipolar female on drugs?

My friend tina, i don't know what to do about her. she's bipolar, i don't know what stage though. she recently smoked weed that was laced with heroin, but she didn't know. and now she smokin it all the time, day and night. plus she's unmedicated for her bipolar. what the h3ll should i do? and whats the risk for her in this situation?
