No women wanted to stay with me while I was building my life now they want me?

I am 25 years old now making mid 6 figures a year and no women wanted to stay with me while I was building my life. Now the women I date all want me to knock them up and marry them. I am considering getting vasectomy and just sleeping around having no real relationship because how can a guy like me that was neglected by women all of his early life for no apparent reason other than I was not a jerk or a bad boy but a little eccentric respect women that had no value on me just a few years ago..
