Making a spaghetti dinner for 30?

Now I know how to make a mean sauce and meat from scratch but I only make it for my family of five. Because I am broke and this is for a party of 30 I figured I just do it basic, jar sauce and ground turkey with the noodles but I never use jar sauce so I don't know which ones are good and how much should I get in sauce and noodles to feed that many guest. I was thinking maybe four to five bags of noodles and maybe the same for sauce I'm really not sure can some one please help and again what sauce should I use because my family is real big on flavor
