I had my 1-175 (Petiton to remove the condition residency) denied?

First, i filled it jointly with my U.S. husband 30 days before expiring, then we got separated. The denial came during the seperation, but we are not divorced yet (we filled for divorce). Can i file again without him ? Can i apeal ? Can i reinstate my Visa after my divorce & my remarriage with my new boyfriend ?
