How can I go to USA for working there in Police Department?

Now I working in Ukraine into Ukrainian Law Enforcement! I am 31 years old,captain,good sportsman, driver and hunter for crimes!!!!! I have been working here for 7 years.May any Police Department will invite me to the USA??????
