Do you think that Kirk will be everyone's new favorite Star Trek captain once the new movie comes out?

Not really since all the fans know that William Shanter is Jim Kirk. These new fans are just going to see this Chris Pine (if that's the right dude) play Kirk. Although the movie looks good the original cast played their parts so well that no one can replace them.
