Can this be bronchitis?

This may sound gross but what is the color of the phlegm? If it's green, it's a bronchial infection, best treated by prescribed antibiotics. Ive used one call Zithromax, or Z-pak. OTC cough medicines are a joke. Some Dr's nowadays won't prescribe antibiotics because the strain of bacteria is resistant to the drug.
