Can I Sue For Someone making a wiki page on me?

Okay so I looked myslef up because I was bored and I found an Encyclopedia Dramatica page on me with pictures of me and videos. It also called me some rude words. I am not famous or have a youtube channel. Would it be a breech of privacy? Could I possibly sue for it? I am just the average Joe. Not that many people know me.
